Hot Air

On the surface, this is a story of a young girl who offers to hold two large bunches of balloons. She is so light that the balloons carry her into the air, this creates a panic and she has to be rescued. On a deeper level, it is the story of family relationships and Antaya’s resentment of her younger sister, Lenina, who had cancer and who is treated differently as a result, even though she is better now.
