Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within south Africa Nationwide.

2. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 16 working days depending of the availability of the products. See more information on (a)(b) below.

a). Stock from Local suppliers

Stationery items from local supplier are delivered in a space of 24 to 60 hours after payment depending availability.

Books from Local suppliers take at least 5 business days to be shipped from our Midrand warehouse after payment.

b) Stock from USA and UK

Stock from UK and USA usually takes more that 14 business days due to airport and customs. Once cleared and delivered to our warehouse the products take 2 to 4 working delivery to deliver depending on the area the customer is located.

 

3. Shipping Methods:
We offer the following shipping options:
– Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
– Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days only if the delivery area is in the 15km radius.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment status.

6. Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, and courier delays but usually less than 5 business days around South Africa.

7. International Shipping:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping is currently available on special request.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at [email protected] or call: 087 188 8093 We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. Please advice us as soon as possible with the correct address to help us assist you.

10. Delivery Issues:
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and relevant details.

11. Order Cancellations and Changes:
Orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.
